Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AK Industries software, training, community, and related services (the "Service"), operated by Nicolas Alexandrou trading as AK Industries ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service Is

AK Industries provides access to auto-outreach software, training materials, proposal templates, a revenue dashboard, a private community, and support designed to help you find and manage international freelance clients. The Service is an educational and software tool. We do not guarantee any specific income, client, or result.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian) and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Subscription, Billing & Founding Price

• The Service is offered on a recurring subscription (monthly) or a prepaid term (e.g. 3 or 6 months), billed through our third-party payment processor.
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. Prepaid terms cover the period purchased.
• Founding pricing is a limited promotional rate. Where offered as "locked", your rate remains at the founding price only while your subscription stays continuously active; if you cancel and later rejoin, current pricing applies.
• You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for the plan you select until you cancel.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Prepaid terms are non-refundable except where required by law. Because access to digital materials is granted immediately, subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

• You will not share, resell, or redistribute the software, logins, training, or templates.
• You will not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• You are responsible for your own conduct with clients and developers, and for complying with the terms of any freelance platform you use.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, videos, templates, and materials remain the property of AK Industries and are licensed to you for personal use during your subscription only. This licence ends when your subscription ends.

7. No Guarantees / Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". Results depend on your own effort, skill, and market conditions. Nothing on our site or in the Service is a promise of earnings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties (e.g. payment processors, community platforms, freelance marketplaces). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
